Boat Description |
This boat is a
rare find. It was originally ordered by a very knowledgeable
and meticulous boater and all books and records remain with
the vessel. This boat has spent its entire life in the
Detroit area and has never seen salt water. This is the only
40' Egg MY you'll ever find with bow thruster and hydraulic
stabilizers. Also the boat was custom ordered with varnished
mahogany interior dodger panels enclosing the after deck
from varnished handrail down. It is equipped with 454
Crusaders with less than 900 original hours, 6.5 kw Onan
with approx. 600 hours, 3 separate air/heat units,
washer/dryer, cockpit icemaker, full-sized
refrigerator/freezer in galley, Princess stove/oven,
microwave, two state rooms with in-suites heads, full canvas
enclosures for the bridge and after deck.
Raytheon C-120 color GPS plotter, ST6000 dual-station auto
pilot, dual-station Loran, dual-VHF, dual depth, dual rudder
indicators, hailer.
This boat has recently had a new bottom job, dripless shaft
logs, complete tune-ups, entire systems updates and checks,
recent canvas, fresh polish and wax, and is likely the
nicest vessel of this caliber you'll ever find.
I recently piloted this boat on a 400-mile trip to its
current port at Grand Lakes Marina through some of the
roughest seas I care to be on. The boat is rock solid with
no issues and no deficiencies. You will not be disappointed. |
